About the Project
Charrette Studio designed a 6 story residential dwelling with three bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments and studio bedrooms. Additional amenities at this site includes a cafe’ on the ground floor and a lift.
We designed a unique facade that would stand out from the uniform ones of residential housing commonly present in the neighborhood. Our facade design is dynamic with alternating balconies and windows at each floor to bring character to the building.
