Charrette Studio designed a 6 story residential dwelling with three bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments and studio bedrooms. Additional amenities at this site includes a cafe’ on the ground floor and a lift.
To break away from conventional and uniform design in the neighborhood, we brought dynamism to the facade by alternating the balcony angles on each floor.
